Health insurance tax credits could benefit 1M uninsured Ohioans

In 2014, 1.08 million Ohioans will qualify for an estimated $4.1 billion in tax credits that will help make their health insurance more affordable, according to a report released Monday by Families USA.The tax credits, which will help those with incomes up to four times the federal poverty level ($88,200 for a family of four), are part of the health care overhaul that became law this spring.
